Hello, my name is Diane

EMPOWERMENT COACH • HYPNOTHERAPIST • ENERGY PRACTITIONER

I grew up in England and moved to the United States when I was 27. I’ve now lived in the States for nearly 40 years, and like so many women, my life has taken me through chapters I never could have predicted. I’ve experienced significant loss, changes in identity, career changes and the many transitions that come with getting older. Those experiences have shaped who I am and have had a big influence on the work I do today.

For 20 years, I owned and ran an aesthetics spa, where I had the privilege of working closely with women and listening to their stories. Over the years, my own curiosity about personal growth led me in a different direction. I trained as a Master Empowerment Coach, hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner and energy practitioner, and became a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and grief educator. Each of these experiences has given me different tools and perspectives, but more importantly, they’ve taught me the value of really listening to people and meeting them where they are.

One thing I know for sure is that women don’t need to be fixed or reinvented simply because they’ve reached a certain age. Sometimes life changes so much that we need the space to stop, listen to ourselves and ask some honest questions about what matters now. I believe this stage of life can be an opportunity to reconnect with who you are, rediscover the parts of yourself you may have put aside, and create a next chapter that feels genuinely yours. Your story isn’t finished — and you still get to have a say in what comes next.

What People Say

“Di enabled me to recognize that I had a choice. She gave me the tools to take back control, and I came away feeling empowered with strategies I could use in my life. I became more aware of how I was thinking and responding, and I learned that I had the ability to make different choices moving forward.”

“Diane is compassionate and teaches deep skills that you can take into any area of your life that feels tricky or unsettled. I grew to understand myself in a new way, and I processed underlying grief that I didn’t even know was holding me back from a more complete life. I am forever thankful.”

Constance M.

“It has made me much more aware of my relationships — past and present. It has helped me to be more aware of how I react and respond to situations and people in my life. I’m definitely more in tune with my self-talk and how I can actually change it, if need be. I will continue to use what I’ve learned.”
